1. Booking & Confirmation

By making a booking through our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with your unique reference code.

2. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are per vehicle, not per person. Prices are fixed at the time of booking and will not increase due to traffic, route changes, or delays. Return transfers are priced at double the one-way fare.

3. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

Cash: Pay in local currency (TRY) directly to the driver
Card: Secure online payment via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard)

4. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your scheduled transfer time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the transfer may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the booking price.

5. Flight Delays

We track all flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will wait for you at no additional charge. Please provide your flight number when booking to enable this service.

6. Waiting Time

For airport pickups, we provide a free waiting period of 60 minutes after your flight lands. For non-airport pickups, we provide 15 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.

7. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers must be at the designated pickup point at the agreed time
Passengers must behave in a safe and respectful manner during the transfer
Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged accordingly
Children must use appropriate child safety seats (provided free upon request)

8. Luggage

Each vehicle type has a maximum luggage capacity as indicated on our website. If you have excess luggage, please contact us before booking to arrange an appropriate vehicle.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aslar Travel shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures, or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Antalya, Turkey.
